Pork Ball Noodle Soup

Wet, cold and windy days bring a desire for warm and hearty food. Hearty food, in my opinion, doesn’t need to be heavy. This soup ticks all the comfort food boxes for me, offering a light broth with flavoursome meatballs, sliced wombok (or cabbage if that’s all you have in your fridge) and vermicelli noodles. You don’t need loads of ingredients to make this tasty  soup that some Thai recipes call for. This recipe is from Marion, Recipes and stories from a hungry cook, and everything I have made from this book has been a winner.
